William E. Burroughs, President
 
Bill Burroughs brings over 40 years of real estate experience to Scott & McCune Company.  He was named President of the company in 1977.
A sampling of the clients Bill has dealt with over the years include Allegheny County, US Steel, Pennsylvania Railroad, Atlas Industries, Strategic Investment Fund, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler, the School District of Pittsburgh and the McKean Corporation.  He has been involved in a number of leasing, investment and development projects, including such projects as Penn Center East, USX Tower, One Mellon Bank Center, Great High Schools and the Port Authority of Allegheny County.
Bill attended the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).

Constance Buczkowski,

Connie Buczkowski has been with Scott & McCune since 1999.  She is involved in all aspects of the commercial brokerage function, including leasing, sales, investments and building management.
Connie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College  She is a licensed associate broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), and the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).

 Theodore J. Karabinos, Senior Account Executive
Ted Karabinos began his real estate career in 1986 with Oliver Realty, which was eventually acquired by Grubb & Ellis Company.  Prior to joining Oliver Realty, he was an accounting supervisor with Gulf Oil Corporation in Houston, Texas.  In his 16 years with Oliver Realty/Grubb & Ellis, he was responsible for leasing a number of buildings in the Pittsburgh area, including examples such as One Monroeville Center, 1370 Washington Pike, Four Allegheny Center, spending a major part of that time as Leasing Manager of the 460,000 square foot Grant Building in downtown Pittsburgh.  During this time, Ted negotiated lease transactions totaling over 3 million square feet.  At Scott & McCune, Ted is involved in all aspects of commercial brokerage, including tenant representation, project representation, purchase and sale transactions, opinions of value and commercial real estate consultation.
Ted is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton, and a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.  Ted is a licensed real estate salesman, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).
